I had a Nedbank credit card of which it went to legal. I did pay it about a year ago and now my name still appears on the ITC and Judgement. I contacted nedbank Legal and they have advised me that the only thing they can you is provide me with a letter of consent and i must appear in the Johannesburg court to present it. Firstly i acknowledge that i am at fault with my payment. But for me to travel from Durban to go to johannesburg to provide the orignal letter of consent to the court is unacceptable. certainly not feesable. My concern is that if they have put me on the ITC cant they clear me out of it. I have paid them in full.
