My personal loan was paid up on 28 November. I paid the amount as settlement quoted by call centre. Had a credit of R36.90 on my loan, with service charges (after full payment), i owe R21, and an amount of R1560 (installment) was deducted again. I want full refund of R1560, plus the credit on my account, R36.90 and interest on the installment deducted.
