I had an admin order which included 2 accounts of Nedbank Credit card. Last year in November I paid it in full through the attorney responsible. They applied to the court for a cancelling of debt order which was not opposed by Nedbank and was issued as such. I tried one year later to apply for a homeloan through another bank only to find out that Nedbank has not corrected my credit report on ITC. After several communications through my attorney with Nedbank it is stil not resolved even after sending all the prove of payment and the court order.
