Last year my Credit Report showed no Judgements just a default from Nedbank.
Since then i entered a payment plan with Nedbank on a monthly basis. On my recent report i discovered that since making payments they have now opened a judgement against me.
I have never received a court order from them issued to my address (being the address listed to the company) nor has anyone accepted this on my behalf.
I was unaware therefore i had no chance to appear in court to dispute this.
i have since paid the account up in full, yet i am still getting debited for my payment plan.
No one has given me a paid up letter even after numerous requests.
I cannot understand why a judgement was issued after a payment plan was made and upheld from my side?
Why am i not getting any response from Nedbank or their legal team with regards to this matter?
please conatct me so i can either apper in court to dispute this matter or have it removed from my name?
