I phone in the beginning of the month for a e-commerce merchant number (Call Ref 10888577). I was then contacted by "Thobela Dingaan" via email. I submitted all the required documents on the 12th. After four unanswered emails and numerous unanswered phone calls. I finally got a email back from Thobela saying he was on Holiday! Is FNB Merchant Services this useless? No one answers their phones or reply to emails! How pathetic is it I have to write on HP cause FNB Customer care don't even reply!
Im thinking of closing this business account and moving it to Nedbank or Absa.
