I took out a policy contract with an agent calling from Cover Direct on behalf of Hollard, I actually wanted to pay starting as from January 31st, the agent agreed and they debited my account month end November I called and the lady who assisted me said she is going to put a stop on the debit orders and I wanted to cancel and asked for a refund of which she said I was going to be refunded in 15days time and have to call them for a feedback, and 15days has passed I still haven't got my money back, please sort this out Hollard I cannot wait anymore
