Beyond Pathetic Service Once Again

I am beyond irate with the ABSA Credit Card Disputes division. In April this year I made a query regarding a merchant on my account Cig en Ligne, I was told to get proof that I contacted the provider and they weren't responding to my query. I received the proof and sent it back to ABSA in May. I was then emailed numerous times that they had refunded me for a merchant by the name of Nathans Natural. I informed them that they had the wrong account details as I never purchased from such a merchant and that was not the merchant I was querying. I have emailed them monthly asking when the matter will be addressed and no one gets back to me. I then emailed last week and called and was told that I can no longer query this as it is my responsibility to check my statements and query this at the time it happened and that there was nothing ABSA was willing to do. The phone cut and the agent didn't even bother to call me back. I have had it with ABSA and will be going in to pay off my account and closing all accounts with them. I am sick and tired of bad service and incompetent staff. I am 1 of the most loyal ABSA clients but have been treated poorly on 3 occasions. ENOUGH is ENOUGH!
