I sent an email to Mrs Ntombi Njoko on the 27th August she replied on the 28th August stating she will get back to me. It is the16th of September today and I have yet to receive any communication from Mrs Ntombi Njoko or Absa.
I have been sending follow up emails and leaving messages at the front desk asking her to phone as ever time I have tried to contact her she is always busy or the phone just rings unanswered.
For a bank in this day and age to treat a potential customer in this manner knowing very well how competitiveness of the market is very disturbing and clearly sends out a message to the general public.
To describe the service I have received from Absa as shocking, pathetic and disturbing would be an understatement.
