I have never communicated with any Hollard consultants for a policy and on 27/06/2013 my account was debited (NAEDO REPRESENTATION HOLLARDPFS). The debit order did not go through because of insufficient funds in my account. My bank charged me debit order fee and unpaid item fees and I would like the two amounts to be refunded. Hollard Insurance must investigate and explain to me as to who submitted my details to them. On 05/07/2013 I sent an email to [Email Removed] and up until today I have never received any response from Hollard.
