I posted a complaint against this company few days back regarding the fact that I wanted a refund since I was cancelling my policy contract with them, a lady by the name Roschelle called and affirmed me that everything is being sorted out and that I will get my money in 24 hrs, 24 hrs has long passed and when I call their call centre and requsted to speak 2 a Zulu speaking agent Lerato told me they would call me shortly, this makes me angry coz they didn't keep their promise I urge them to look into this matter straight away I'm tired of Hollard!!!
