My car was written off; my finance house launched a short fall claim with Hollard on the 09th of May 2013. I phoned them on the 13th and Spoke to a lady by name of Helen and she confirmed that claim was launched and will be dealing with my claim and do necessary calculations she said i can call on the 16th to make a follow up. I called on the 16th and I was told the policy is with international underwriters, what I don't get is that the contract I signed was from Hollard and when I call hollard they do pick my policy even the debit order says its hollard, lastly what I'm disappointed about the most is that it took hollard a whole week just to tell me that my cover is with international underwriters and what is the relationship between international under writers and hollard? Now the whole process may be redone meaning I must wait for another week. I am car less and this is frustrating.
