Efusal to reverse loan repaiment

On the 19th of December I made funds available for me to pay for plane tickets and airport transfers on the 23rd. They immediately debited my account for a loan repayment only due on the 30th. I was only able to speak to customer care on the Monday 23rd. after approx. 10 calls I was able to speak to a consultant that told me a reversal can be done but would take 3 days, by now my flight had to be cancelled and I was stuck at the airport. on the 24th I went to Canal walk to sort it out, I was directed to general banking who could not find the previous days calls and tried to assist me, assuring me she will do anything in her power to assist me and get back to me before end of day, I spent Christmas eve alone in a friends of a friends apartment, no call! on the 27th I went to Gardens in CT and again was directed to personal loans who then said that I have to be patient and that this was only the first day and it could take another 3 to 5 days for the reversal. I requested at various times for them to either increase the limit on my credit card or give me a temporary overdraft or force a reversal and the resounding reply was a straight no. the senior officer at gardens did not even a
