I made a loan with African Bank a few years ago & I finished paying it in July 2013 this year. I then requested that they do a rescission of judgement on my behalf because they took my account to the wrong jurisdiction in Cape Town & I live in Joburg & never lived in CPT.I was informed by flemixinc that the removal of judgements takes 8 weeks & in the 8 weeks I had waited nothing was done, instead they kept on saying I should send them proof of payment for the rescission & I did. Its now Dec.2013 I still havent received my refund of R498.00.On 21st Nov.2013 I received an email from Flemixin that their finance dept. was busy processing my refund, to this day of 27th Dec.2013 I still havent received money from flemixinc & I was informed that it takes about 14 days for refunds & I find this to be so unfair because I have been promised too many times since October 2013 until 21st November 2013 that I will get my refund. I requested flemix to cancel so that I can do it myself & I did. Today I sent an email to them copying the Law Society of SA & quickly I received a response from Flemixinc that the reason for the delay is that African Bank do their own refunds but i paid Flemix for rescission
