FNB Delaing reversal and not very helpfull

I have been placed under Debt Review on the 15th of march 2013 and the companies have been notified not later than the 21st of march 2013. When my salary was paid in FNB still took the debit orders of my personal loan and credit card. I went to see then and told them the story, yet they said that they have not received any indication of it. I then requested the form 17.1/2 and took it to them personally whereby they faxed it through to the rightful department. In the beginning of April they told me that the reversal would take 4-5 working days. After 5 working days I went back to inquire only to find out that the forms was sent to the wrong e-mail address. I was told that it would take another 4-5 working days for my funds to be reversed. Today the 19th of April I went back to fnb tygervalley to again follow up whereby my funds still wasn't reversed, but the most aggravating news this time was that according to them my debt counselor didn't follow up and now they can not reverse to funds anymore. I had to borrow money from my work and now I have to pay them back, FNB is is most unorganized and the most untrained business i ever dealt with. And I have been a Customer for 12 Years.
