Response and process issues

My loas was approved about 5 days ago and Aziza Rusdien called me to tell me that they needed more documentation but when i forwarded my documentation which Aziza told me to forward to them it wasn't sufficient according to another agent at the call centre, who in turn told me what i needed to complete which was an affiddavit and my husband proof of address but since then no one has called me.

This loan was meant to be an quick and easy process compared to other institutions but instead all i have received is grief, inconsistency in process, attitude and no response from the relevant people.

I will never advise anyone to get a loan from them because from where i am standing right now all i am seeing is big talks and no action.

If i was to rate them right now i would rate them a 0 out of 10 for their hideous service.
