I dnt know why the only way I get service from miway is when I write on hello peter. I had an accident on sunday and it took 20minutes before I got help calling. I submitted my claim on the web yesterday at 8:15am and when I called at 12pm I was told that the person that has my claim will contact me. I called again in the afternoon after hearing nothing and still no help. I called this morning and the lady put me on hold for 5minutes and the phone cut.
This is a cellphone and if it takes 3-6mintues for me to speak to a consultant everytime I call, I need to put in airtime and its costly.
I need a courtesy car which I feel should have ben arranged for me without me running after my insurance and I need to know how long it will take for my car to be fixed it being the festive season and all.
