GOOD DAY MIWAY
I would like to say I am really sad the way mi claim was handled,
I was involved in a car accident recently and submitted mi claim I was asked to send pictures which I done,
I was called now to be told, miway will not be handling my claim as they called the other party (and this is what Tuli told me) she said, he said I skipped the stop sign, so now please let me bring it to your attention it was not a he who was driving it was a she, and also the damage on my car conflicts that story as I was hit on the left back door and this happened at a 4 way stop, and the lady that was driving said to me she didn't see me, plus she would not be able to stop fast as her legs are weak she is unable to walk with out crutches.
and then Tuli also has the nerve to tell me miway cant pass the claim as there are conflicting stories, of course there will be, anyone who was in a accident my party says this that party says that, both parties wont agree to what happened, so in other words anyone who logs in a claim if both parties don't agree so no claim will be paid out,
SO I ASK MIWAY TO LOOK INTO MI CLAIM ONE MORE TIME AND THIS TIME PLEAS CALL ME IF ANY QUESTIONS NEED ANSWERS.
