YESTERDAY I CALLED IN, MORE THAN 8 TIMES WITHOUT NO LUCK, THEN I ENDED UP REQUESTION TO BE CALLED BACK, BY LOG IN, INTO YOU WEBSITE REFERECE NO: 248513444, THESE NO CONTACT EVEN NOW. THIS MORNING I CALLED IN TO MAKE INQUIRES AND I RECEIVED A BAD SERVICE FROM FELICITY AND SHE LACK CUSTOMER CARE/SERVICE, I DON'T WISH TO GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM HER. SHE TOLD ME THAT I WILL HAVE TO WAIT FOR AN AUTHORISATION THAT WILL HAVE TO TAKE 10 TO 15 DAYS. SO TELL ME, IF I HAVE TO WAIT THAT LONG, HOW LONG MUST I WAIT FOR THE ASSESSOR, AND ALSO WAIT FOR THE VEHICLE TO BE FIXED. I CAN NOT WAIT FOR THAT LONG AT ALL.
