I was involved in an accident on the 15/12/2012 & my car was taken the same day for repairs. Because it was festive season, I was told that most of the repair centres were closed. In January I got an sms saying that the claim has been approved & got the contact details of the repairer. Everytime I call, I would be advised that they are still busy with the car. I then called insurance to find out what's taking so long but no luck. Insurance didnt even sell me the courtesy car option when I joined them which led to me not having the car to use. It's now 2 months & I'm being told that the car will only be fixed end of March!!! What am I suppose to use in the main time? Why is the insurance not doing anything to ensure that there is a turn-around time for fixing the car!! This is the worst service ever...
