Dealing with Dial Direct is always a pleasure. In my case their premiums offered to me have always been competitive and have the additional benefit of a "Buck Back Bonus" if I don't claim. I have never claimed so I can't comment on that dimension of Dial Direct's performance.
In particular, I have always been impressed and satisfied with the service, professionalism and efficiency, of the agents. I do revise my policy several times a year.
Today I was assisted by Kelly Smith in the Century City call centre... She was great.
Here's hoping that if I ever do have a claim, that I will have the same high level of praise for Dial Direct.
