Dial Direct is not interested in Customer service

I have commented before on excellent service received form Dial Direct. However I cannot say the same today. I incurred an increase of 20% last year even though I have not claimed while at Dial direct or for that matter in the last 15 years. Yesterday I requested a quote to replace my DC Toyota Hilux with a sedan of less value and I am sure of a lesser risk profile. To my surprise the quote is more expensive than what I pay for the Hilux. And I have to install a tracker at my own Cost. Surly this cannot be. What was really infuriating is that they did not even want to discuss a reduction of the high cost. Just stating that my policy is up for review in September and so they cannot do it now. My bonus pays out in October, after that Dial Direct will never see me again. They make double sure you pay for your bonus or try and force you to leave before the pay out can happen. I had to spell Kroonstad to the operator 6 times!!!
