Why does Hello Peter list as companies that respond those that do no more than reply that a representative will contact you? I have just posted a compaint against Vodacom and then went in to see how they had replied to complaints from other people. Without exception the response was always that a representative would contact the complainant. This is the usual "cut and paste" reply used by the majority of large companies and is of no use for those of us who wish to know how a firm would respond were we to make a complaint in the future. Companies that use this method of responding should be listed as companies that do not respond.
