With the recent hailstorm we had, my vechile had Hail Damage.
I contacted Nomzamo Mlindazwe l Service Consultant l Benoni l on around the 12/11/2013, where i left several messages on her voicemail to contact me. I proceeded to get the quotes as i assumed that is what she would require. Around the 26/11/2013 i Finally got through to NOMZAMO who did not even apologise for not returning my calls. I explained that my vechile had hail damage and that i need to sort it out. She emailed the forms and does not follow up if i recieved them or not. I emailed all the relevant documenttation on 27/11/2013 and requested feedback. I recieved an email from Sarie Du Plessis stating that an assesor will contact me, its now 06/12/2013 and no ciontact has been made.
is this the type of service we can expect from AF insurance, from the time i signed up with AF Insurance, the service from the benoni branch was and still is very bad.
Please can someone contact me and give positive and relevant feedback
