I submitted a claim and required docs, was not aware that I did not fill in the banking details. However I sent a bank statement as a confirmation of banking details. To my surprise a payment was made into an account that does not exist and don't see why my bank statement was asked for if it was ignored. This is a huge inconvenience due to some incompetent person who failed to confirm details, this is pathetic... I'm really disappointed and have been paying this policy for such a long time and when I really needed the help this is a trash that I receive.
