I have a Toyota Hilux D4D which has being from my premises the 23 of December, I have reported and inform them the same day, had to leave my holiday to sort all the paper work out.
The people from DQ tracker was very helpful and tried to retrieve my bakkie but as we know it its gone, so my case was handled over to Thabisa Mbaliso since then I have made 16 phone calls between the 23 of December and 29th of Jan to follow up what the issues are.
I have spoken to so many people from discovery to put me in touch with her as she handles my case and then i get she will call me back... back really? Nope no call back and i did all the work.
Even with the payout I had to phone the bank to get papers and sent it to her because after 2 weeks... yes 2 weeks she did not follow up, ABSA sent it in one call to me which I forwarded it to her... do you know what was told to me when i phone them today... yes you guessed it she is still waiting for the bank!!!
I then forward the mail again to them, spoke to a gentlemen which was very helpful his name is thabang i trust this will get sorted out... the issue is in the mean time i still pay for the bakkie and the insurance!!
