Inconvenience of cash deposits for contracts

I have changed my banking details and informed cell c of this on the 18th of March 2013. I sent them a letter from the bank, confirming my new banking details. They replied saying that the subs will be debited from the new account at the end of april - the first day of may. This did not happen. I received an sms saying that they would suspend my account if they did not receive payment. I have never missed a payment and this was pathetic service from cell c just because they could not receive a payment because THEY could not get authorisation from the bank, which is not my problem. I had to make arrangements to have the cash deposited and sent them the proof of payment. Now, at the beginning of June, I received another sms stating that they want to suspend my account due to the fact that they couldn't get the payment again, almost 3 months after I sent them the new banking details and that their is sufficient finances in the account in question. I hate the fact that ihave to inconvenience myself and make cash deposits when proper details were given in order for the account to be paid. It is not my problem with the inability of cell c to communicate with the bank.
