Money withdraw

I withdrawn money from a atm 12h58 23 December in klerksdorp the atm deducted the withdraw amount but the atm couldn't give me my money gave me a slip technical problem code 0047. Now the amount is still not reversed back into my account. I PHONED THE CALL CENTRE AND GUESS WHAT they think it will be reversed tomorrow... this is bad service I've been banking here for 16 yrs maybe time to change banks??
