3000 dissappeared on the account

On the 29 January in the morning i went to reverse my debit orders on my account and the total amount was supposed to R7800 that goes back to my account. i went to the tellers to withdraw the whole amount and i was told that R3000 is pending and i could only get R4800. i withdraw the R4800 and i went to enquiries to ask the on why the money was pending they did not give a definite response they only said i could get anytime from now. i left the bank because i was rushing to a funeral and that i will check it tomorrow. the following day i try to withdraw but i couldnt because of insufficient funds and when i check the slip the R3000 was withdrawn at 11:00 on the same day while i was at the funeral with my card with me. when i went to the branch they told me they will investigate. today i was told that it looks like i withdraw the money or one of my kids did. i told them that my card was with me and none of my kids have my pin code and more over my card was with me. and they could not assist me.
Today also this happened to my sister who put a notice from her investment on friday and this morning withdraw R300 to check if money is in but in the afternoon money is gone.
