ATM withdrawal and no money came out but was deduc

On Tuesday morning at 07:07 am I went to the Bryanston shopping centre to withdraw money, but the ATM took too long then it said technical error then a slip came out sayin that the transaction was unsuccessful and the funds will be reversed automatically, but waited the whole day on Tuesday and the money was not reversed.

I phoned the call center on Wednesday and a consultant confirmed that my money will be refunded and I will get an sms. the only sms I received was the ref no.

Today I phoned again the call center from the sms I got and I gave the consultant a ref number and she told me they are still investigating the withdrawal and have to balance the ATM first and it will take 5 working days to refund my money and thats the only money I had now, its not my fault because I was trying to withdraw money now I have to wait for them while they are investigating and I'm stuck with no money and there is no notification or the 1st consultant didnt even mention that it will take 5 working days for the investigation or whatever it is that they are doing. I would like my money back into my acc today
