I am a very disappointed customer. I called at 8:00 in the morning requesting assistance with my broken window.. I was told that a representative will contact me shortly. I waited for 1h30 minutes and only after calligraphy them did I get someone calling me back.
Filled all relevant details, and was told that the service provider (PG Glass) will contact me to tell me to discuss about the place for window replacement. After 2 hours of waiting I called outsurance and they advised that they will contact the service provider. I waited another hour until I decided to pay for the repair myself. I
Repair cost was equivalent to the access that I was required to pay..
I'm am really disappointed at the service that I pay for. It makes me wonder what will happen in the event where it's a very serious matter...
