On Monday 29/04/13 they broke into my daughters car at Hiberdene by breaking the left front window.
She put in a claim to repair the window, and her access payment on this window was R950-00
Luckily they could not find a window and she had to wait for one.
I decided to phone around to see if I could get a window for her as for she need to come home for she must be back at work on the 2/5/13. After numerous calls we got hold of Commercial Glass fit in Durban and they could help her with a window. Now I want to ask Outsurance who claims that they got the best prices, how could her access be R950-00 when she got the window for only R400-00 with installation!!! Please explain this to me!!
