CLAIM AGAINST LIGHTNING DAMAGE

We had the unfortunate damage to our property by lightning,

I called Outsurance to lodge a claim and Muneer Vally took the call.
He explained the basic procedure very easily and simply. We got through the formalities with a breeze.

It was a Friday afternoon. I told him I will get my service providers to attend to the damages. Unfortunately no one was available to do the repair work in the weekend. I waited the Monday for them to respond but to no avail.

On Tuesday morning when Muneer Vally did not hear from me he called me, as a follow up, enquiring about the progress. When I told him that I was still waiting for the service providers to respond. He said that it was an urgent matter and he will send a service provider immediately to assess the damages. With 30 minutes of our conversation I received a call from a service provider for an appointment.

When Muneer Vally received the report he immediately called me to explain the extent of the damage, the repair costs and the replacement/repairable items. The quote was accepted and the service provider was appointed to carry out the repair work.
