My original claim was on 16/11/2011 while still with Outsurance. An approved Outsurance service provider was selected and 2 years later the paint on my front bumper is peeling. An Outsurance resource VJ gave me a claim number 77303019 and was told that Rethabile will contact me. The service provider was given the run around as they are waiting for the documents from Outsurance. I was told this morning that the assessor is working on the record so they cannot give me a progress report. I have been given the run around for the past two months as the paint job was guaranteed for a lifetime.
