This company sent 2 repair men (one called SP and the other one i dont know his name) to go do minor repairs in my house sometime in Feb/march one of which was the handle of a window in the lounge. In the process of fixing the handle, the handy man (whose name i do not know) broke the glass of the window and he declared this to me as I was in the house while the repairs were going on. After a few days and realising that their employer was not doing anything to sort out the broken window pane, I sent an email to the lady who was dealing with the repairs, by the name of Mona Otto, telling her about the incident and enquiring as to what they intend to do. This lady told me that they were not informed about this by their handyman but will ask him. Upon another enquiry she told me that the handyman (SP) said he knows nothing about a broken window and I will have to contact him. I told this lady that first of all it was the other guy who broke my window and secondly I am unable to speak to their employee, it is their responsibility then the last email from her dated 18 July advised me that she will ask this SP guy to contact me, which never happened todate and I want the glass replaced.
