Transfer of money without my consent

As I paid my Absa credit card today R1000 Absa immediately thereafter deducted also a R1000 after payment was made. There is no debit on the account and Absa without authorization transferred money from my savings account to make a second payment on my credit card. I then contacted David Masilela of Absa and he said he won't refund due to me missing a payment In December whereas I already made a agreement to make further payments. However they debited my account without my authorization and refuse to refund me. I have other responsibilities to take care of and they just debiting without permission granted. Legal action should be taken up against Absa for illegally transferring money without my consent.
