FNB - how can we NOT help you

Today was a good day, it was going pretty well for once. That is, until I went to draw my rent that is due today. My card was spat out as soon as I entered my password with a slip saying the ATM is not chop and password ready. After trying three ATM's, I decided to do into the bank. I stood in line for only knows how long and after explaining my situation to the teller, I got a blank stare, followed by a delayed "We can't help". I didn't have my I.D book on me as I have misplaced it but apparently me knowing it off by heart, having all three of my cards with me and them having my details on their computers was not enough. I now have no access to any of my money, and I am officially late on my bills... Thanks a lot FNB Pietermaritzburg. You F#$KED me over again!
