Utterly Bad Service

I am very dissapointed in Consumer Assist's service. Since i have started debt review i have done everything i should have done. I have closed my cheque account and opened a savings account. I have paid the funds to them timeously. Now Absa Credit Card has deducted a R1000 from my account. According to Absa Credit Card they were not informed that i am under debt review. I queried Consumer Assist and was told to contact Absa myself and ask them to refund me. I have escalated the query and was advised they would come back to me. I have sent another e-mail requesting feedback and was advised that they have send a request to Absa to reconsider refunding me. If Absa was not advised that i am under debt review why will they consider refunding me?!! According to Absa my account is not at their Legal Department. Consumer Assist has not done anything to help me. They have not send Absa Credit card the proof that they were advised of me being under debt review and the proof of payments so that Absa can refund me. Instead they have now made MFC requesting more funds or they will terminate the account, their main issue. I have tried to help myself but i now feel that i am worse off.
