Yesterday ABSA without my consent transferred money from my savings account to my loan account and wait for it they transferred R1771.72 at once and closed the account therefore they can not pay it back to me and only take a amount I can afford. they also took another R1000.00 transferred to credit card after doing a debit order arrangement for R200.00 a month they also said they ABSA have the full right to go into clients accounts and transfer money without your consent of signing for anything! They took R1771.72 plus R1000.00 and R200.00 I am a single mother who is going to feed my child? My medical aid wont be paid because of this and if anything forbid happens to my child or myself and we are not covered because ABSA my money before my medical aid could be deducted will ABSA take responsibility for this?? Something like this will give one a nervous breakdown. both call centres just laughed at me this morning and said they will not transfer the money back ABSA have full right to go into my savings account and transfer as they see fit. Absa is a terrible bank!!!
