RIGHT TO SET OFF

So Absa have use there right to Set of on my Savings Account that I have with them to pay my Credit Card for the second time, without any notification thereof. Ive contacted there collection call centre and managed to get the funds that was taken the first time around refunded to me. My arranged installment was set for R230 but Absa decided to take R3000.00 from my account without any notification there of, when I asked why this was I was told it was becuase of broken agreement for the month of December, but a R1000.00 was taken out of my account in November which followed by an sms from Newtons Attorneys saying that my next payment is due in March, which made sense to me because 230X4 for the R1000.00 that was taken in Decmber thats why no payment was made. Absa took almost half my salary, money that I need to pay School fees, Rent and buy food with, The consultant I dealth with Sophie Sithole just told me that the R3000 could not be refunded irrespective whether the money thay have taken was to provide to me and my family's essential needs.
PLease give my money BACK.
