I phoned Liberty life on the contact centre on the 20th of December to find out more about the funeral benefit that I was about to join, the lady who assisted me on the phone took my contacted details for them to phone me. Then I decided to go to the LL offices in town- as I was still waiting for them to phone me.. I came there a guy assisted me (unknown - no name badge) and told me to come back on Monday the 23rd of December`13 because there is no one to assist me in the office at that stage which was reasonable.
Before I went all the way downtown I phoned the office on 12h00 and a lady told me its fine I can come there is someone to assist. When I came there just after 15h00 the lady told me I am to late -- the lady went home @ 11h00 already and she will only be back on the 6th of January. I am very upset with the service that I received from Liberty overall. I was also considering to move over to Liberty Medical aid as I am working in the Pharmaceutical environment and get to deal with different medial aids everyday. But I guess after this lack of service Liberty wont ever se me again! -- uninformed employees
