FNB rules stop assistant from caring or helping?

I suspect that FNB made a mistake and deducted money from my Nedbank account. Nedbank sends me to FNB when I ask for help. FNB says they can't help and send me back to Nedbank. Neither wants to help but they both made mistakes with my money. Now I must just put up with their non-caring attitudes. No way!

So who is Groenewald at FNB 62073436216?

And why did Nedbank let FNB take R500 of my money?

And will they try and do this monthly?
