I am dissapointed by the atrocious service i am receiving from Miway and their glassfitter/Supplier 24Fix. This is by far the worst i have ever been through. After complaining on Hello Peter last week, I recievd a call telling me my complaint has been forwarded to a higher level. I then received a call from 24FIX telling me they have ordered the glass and will be staying in contact with me. After phoning me Monday i was assured the glass will be arriving the next day. THe next day i called, And thy said they will be getting it in the NEXT DAY. each day i called and they PROMISED it will be coming the following day. Friday (yesterday) i called AGAIN and they said it will definitly be coming in the Saturday and I arranged to have it fit on the Saturday. I cancelled all my plans, took leave BUT HAVE HEARD NOTHING FROM THEM!! I will definitely be canelling my policy. I gave a second chnace AND even that has now been skrewed up!
