In a phone conversation with the branch manager (Milton) last Friday he assured me that I could bring my car in for a windscreen replacement on Saturday 8am. On arriving there Saturday morning their shop was still closed and he only arrived 8:30 without keys to open. After waiting another 5 min for the owner to open up the owner confirmed that they only open 8:30 on Saturdays. I was in a hurry and feel Milton deceived me in order to get my business. If I knew that they open only at 8:30 I would have gone to another supplier.
I will never go back.
Subsequently I have also cancelled my insurance with outsurance due to national auto Glass being their preferred supplier.
