My car was broken into in Newtown, they broke my drivers windows. I called in SANTAM
and the next day they sent the glass company which they use.
1. They came out on Saturday and put in an glass and said I should not open the window for 3 days
2. After 4 days I open the window and does not work, I call them back
3. They come after a day and do some repairs and say don't open the window for 3 days
4. After 4 days I open the window and it does not work!!!
5. I call them back and they say they coming out
{ Now its already 2 weeks with no working drivers glass }
6. They come out and put some glue and say I should not open the glass for 3 days
Please remember each time they come out I must take the afternoon off from work!!!
7. Its now 3 weeks and I try and my glass is not working!!!
8. I call in and they say they need to order a Honda glass and will get back to me in 3 days!!!
9. I call in after 3 days and they say it will take 1 week to come.
Its now 4 weeks!!!
10 . I call in to find out and they say they coming tomorrow to place
11. I take off from work and go home, no one comes, I call in they say Honda sent the wrong glass and they
ordering the correct one!! I
