NO support of supplied vehicle glass

24Fix replaced my Corsa's rear glass in mid December 2012 as it had shattered during a sand storm at Hout bay beach. During the night of may 11th, 2013, the rear glass shattered. My car was parked undercover & it was a chilly night. I took the vehicle to Reeds as well as PG Glass & got reports that there was no impact damage done to the glass. 24Fix sent one of their installers - Greg, to inspect the damage & he phoned Megan at 24Fix to report the glass was faulty & needed to be replaced. Malcolm from 24Fix denied this, saying that Greg said that the glass 'might' be faulty. After 10 days, Malcolm sent me a letter saying that they will replace the window, as it is not the fault of the glass, but a vehicle's manufacturing fault. It is a concern that a company does not stand by their product & installation
