A mobile unit came to change my windscreen on the 5th of Dec and after fitting the new one they realized that a wrong glass was ordered, my one one has a rain sensor on the passenger side but the one they ordered had the sensor on the driver side, they then said they will log a call with the office to order a new glass and i have been waiting ever since.
I phoned several times, get promised that i will get a new glass in two weeks and this was in mid December.
I have informed the insurance that this is the service i get from you and that they should never refer my claim to you guys in the future.
