I've been insured with Miway since 2008 if i'm not mistaken they've been collecting premiums and not even once have i failed to pay. I have a glass claim is taking forever to sort out, my car was broken into as if that is not traumatic enough, i have to drive around with a car that does not have a window but yesterday they deducted their premiums from my account. I registered my claim on the 08/03/2013 spoke to a Solani who promised to get the claim sorted urgently after i informed her the urgency of the matter and that i work in JHB CBD and it's not safe to drive around with a car that does not have a window. She referred me to Avril from 24 FIX who sourced the glass could not find it and PROMISED to get me sorted after seven working days.today is the SEVENTH day, i had to call her first she's telling me stories and that the glass hasn't arrived as yet . i called Solani in the morning my call is still not returned, clearly no one cares at Miway, even the CEO won't drive around in JHB CBD with a car that does not have a WINDOW . This is DISGUSTING
