I apllied for a loan which was approved. I then was called and was told I must go to my nearest branch and sign the papers, which I did. I then get a call the next day and they confirmed my bankig details ect, they even condfirmed my employement. Then a lady confirmed everything is done and I will recieve an sms and money will be in my account. Today a day later I came to the branch to find out what is happening as money is still not in, now I am told the application has expired and the customer service give me excuses. Now they cannot answer me when it expired and now telling about documents... This is wrong! They confirmed that everything is done, the lady today say managers DO NOT TAKE calls when I requested to speak to a manager. You must make sure you employ the right people and dont make empty promises!!! I will be in contact with the ombuds as all those calls where recorded!
