I applied for a loan and sent all documents it has been approved. I call and leave messages for the one lady to call back and i have e-mailed her she does not respond to e-mail or does not return calls.
The lady came yesterdau to sign documents and said they will deposit the money and i will have it today. I checked my account no money and also i called only to be told that they got the forms today.
The staff speak so softly on the phone when they call u cant even hear them answer circle finance.
It is really bad service
