I am a loyal member of Miway for more than a year now. I have two vehicles insured with them and have remained with them despite the recent increase in tariff (Almost 20% in one go). I have recently had an issue with one of the insured vehicles but cannot even get to someone in the call-centre to answer my calls or call me back. It seems that the Miway service is heavily skewed towards obtaining client rather than actually providing the service.
Its has been days that I've been trying to contact someone at Miway?????
